LOCATION MANAGEMENT & PRODUCTION

As the manager of pop-up Bar Piquette in Amsterdam, I was responsible for the operational and financial management of this temporary hospitality venue, a collaboration between Chateau Amsterdam, Tosti Horeca, and the Kromhouthal.

 

In this role, I managed staff scheduling, recruitment, and training. Additionally, I oversaw inventory management, cost control, and the analysis of revenue and expenses to optimize performance. I maintained contact with suppliers and partners to ensure efficient business operations.
